    Smacked back: Erik, thanks! BTW, do you know how I could get a copy of some DVD footage of Wilson Reis and Jared Weiner from the Grappler's Quest in Mapleshade? They are both my trainers and really want to see the footage but it doesn't look like it will be posted. They competed in the black belt lightweight division.

    Smacked back: Just to clarify, the match isn't signed and Barnett does not have a contract with M-1. It's one of the considerations for the card and it's a match a lot of people on the inside want to make happen for the first show.

    Smacked back: Well, the article that appeared in Gendai magazine that linked PRIDE ownership to Yakuza ties didn't help. That's what caused Fuji TV to drop PRIDE and that was a big part of their downfall. In regard to Jerry Millen, I know a lot of people aren't fans but he was very passionate about PRIDE and did a lot for the promotion. He's easily the most misunderstood man in MMA.
